At Eyesy Eco, we know that timing is everything when hosting an event. Planning a beautiful, Pinterest-worthy party is stressful enough—worrying about whether your plates will arrive on time shouldn't be.

That’s why we’ve partnered with a premium, nationwide fulfillment network (utilizing top-tier US-based warehouses) to ensure your elegant tableware arrives quickly, safely, and ready for your big day.

1. Order Processing Time

We move fast! All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking link the moment your order ships.
  • Please note: Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Because our inventory is strategically stored in fulfillment centers across the United States, we are proud to offer exceptionally fast transit times.

    • Standard Shipping: 6-9 business days (depending on your state). Shipping Costs: We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $5.95 on all standard orders. 🎉 The Party Perk: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $119.
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (depending on your state). Shipping Costs: We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 on all express orders. 🎉 The Party Perk: Enjoy FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $239.

      (Pro tip for hosts: We highly recommend ordering your tableware at least 7-10 days before your event to give yourself absolute peace of mind.)

      3. Order Tracking: Keep an Eye on Your Package

      Once your beautifully packaged palm leaf plates leave our warehouse, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

      • Simply click the link to see exactly where your package is.
      • Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of the package being handed over to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

      4. Do You Ship Outside the US?

      Currently, to maintain our fast and reliable delivery standards, Eyesy Eco only ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

      5. What if My Package is Delayed or Lost?

      While 99% of our orders arrive right on schedule, occasionally Mother Nature or carrier delays happen.

      • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at support@eyesyeco.co
      • Parties Deserve Better—and so do you. Our team will jump in to track it down or send a replacement to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
