Our Promise to Your Party
At Eyesy Eco, we believe that Parties Deserve Better. Our goal is to make your event elegant, beautiful, and completely stress-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right with a straightforward and easy-on-the-eyes return process.

1. The 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items (Food Safety First)

Because our palm leaf plates are intended for food service, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition that you received them.
  • Still sealed in their original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging.

We cannot accept returns for opened packages due to strict health and safety standards.

3. 🌿 Embrace the Unique: Is it defective or just natural?

Before you request a return, please keep in mind our alive with nature philosophy. Eyesy Eco plates are crafted from naturally fallen leaves in the Vietnamese tropical forest.

  • Natural variations in color, dark earthy spots, and rustic woody textures are NOT defects.
  • These unique patterns are exactly what makes your tableware so elegant and Pinterest-worthy. No two plates are exactly alike!

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While our plates are sturdy and tough, occasionally things happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@eyesyeco.co
Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.
  • Your Order Number
  • We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at our expense (including shipping). We won't let your party be ruined!

5. How to Initiate a Standard Return

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

  1. Email us at support@eyesyeco.co with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Please note: For standard returns (change of mind/ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Please allow 15-30 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times. (Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable).
